Old Customs House | Bangkok tourism

beautiful stairs that leads to the storeys

At the end of Charoenkrung soi 36, after passing by the impressive French Embassy, we arrive to the old premises of the Customs House, a pair of building that still not in ruins but in serious bad shape. One of them is really cute, with a beautiful stairs that leads to the storeys. Location is great, front line of Chao Phaya river. There is a firemen station of the Bangkok City Hall, BMA, and the buildings are the residence of the staff families.

You are allowed to make pictures without any problem, but please be respectful considering the fact that you are entering in an inhabited place, so that do not disturb the privacy and better stay in the common areas such as corridors, stairs, balconies, etc.

Address: Charoenkrung soi 36
