Or Tor Kor Market | Bangkok guide

a super clean fresh market

This fresh market is located in Kamphaengphet Road, across the popular Chatuchak weekend market and easy to get with the underground, stopping in Kampaengphet station. The difference of this market with the others is the clean look it has and also nice to visit, some facts that make the prices in Or Tor Kor a bit higher comparing with them. Moreover the quality of its products is really good. For this reason we suggest to come here to buy fish or at least to satisfy the interest of the visitor. The mackerel, plaa too in Thai language, is one of the most remarkable products.

Aside of the fish stalls, it is worthing to check the seafood, fruits and veggies ones. Food ready to eat is on sale there, from fried fish until noodles or curries. One of the shops is Doi Kham, selling organic products from farms under the patronage of the Royal Project.

Address: Kamphaengphet Road, MRT Kamphaengphet, exit 3.

Opening times: Daily, 06:00 – 20:00.
